What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders. Orders received by money or check will be sent upon receipt of payment. If you would like to arrange payment by check or money order, please mail payments to Elegant Wedding Impressions, P.O. Box 26312, Wilmington, Delaware 19899-6312.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that occasionally circumstances occur which may require you to cancel or change your order. We will attempt to accommodate your request. However, in the event that your order has already been processed or shipped no changes or cancellations can be made.


What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality wedding favors and accessories and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.

Nevertheless, you can return anything except customized orders, personalized orders, engraved products, edible and confectionery merchandise, wearables which have been worn (i.e.- garters, jewlery), consumables (such as wedding bubbles), cameras, and closeouts for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your wedding favors and wedding accessories!

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs a restocking fee of 20-25% may apply. Please return items in their original packaging.

Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorization)number before returning your package. All Returns must have a RA number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box.

For your protection, we suggest customers use a trackable shipping company, such as, UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package will only guarantee your return gets handled safely.

Please insure your parcel back to us, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

Returns that are received in excess of 14 days from the original UPS delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery, shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Under no circmstances do we accept returns past 30 days (one month), calculated from the UPS delivery date.


Who pays shipping costs on a return?

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, except in the instance where an error was made by us.

Return Authorization Numbers All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Authorization (RA) number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. To obtain an RA number, please call 877-328-0257 or email us at info@elegantweddingimpressions.com. We will provide you with our return shipping address with the RA number. No returns will be processed without an RA number.

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE:
* Custom Orders
* Personalized Orders
* Engraved Items
* Edibles and Confectionary Products
* Wearables which have been worn
* Consumables, such as wedding bubbles
* Cameras and film products
* Closeout Items
* ALL International Orders (except Canada)


PARTIAL REFUNDS In the event an item is returned not in the original condition, a partial refund may or may not be issued.

NO REFUNDS ON: *Items returned which were damaged during transit back to us. Please insure your parcel back to us, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

*Returns past 30 days (one month), calculated from the UPS delivery date.

*Any items in the "Items Not Returnable" category (found above).

** International Orders (all countries, except Canada) International orders are not returnable under any circumstances. Execption: Canadian customers are subject to the standard return policy.


What if my item is damaged?

Should your order arrive damaged or broken, please notify us immediately at customerservice@elegantweddingimpressions.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your order and we will issue a Returned Authorization. We will replace the item or issue a refund to you after we receive the damaged item.


What is your shipping policy?

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days or less. Depending on the method of shipping please allow adequate time for delivery of items. Please note custom orders or personalized items may take up 3-5 additional days. In some cases, our suppliers will ship directly to you; therefore, it is possible that you will receive items in multiple shipments. In the event, that a rush order is needed, please call us toll-free at 1-877-328-0257 or email us at orders@elegantweddingimpressions.com.


Do you ship internationally?

We do ship orders to locations outside of the United States and US territories. Please view our international shipping locations.

There is an additional $20 shipping and handling fee for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. There is an additional $30 shipping and handling fee for items shipped to international locations. This cost is due to the additional paperwork we are required to complete to ship to your location.

Elegant Wedding Impressions assumes no liability for packages left at the door. We highly recommend that someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide to us is correct.


How do you calculate Shipping Charges?

Shipping prices are based on the weight of the products ordered.


How do I calculate shipping charges for my order?

To determine the cost of shipping your order:

1) After you select the products you would like to buy, click "Add to Cart" 2) While viewing the "view cart" page input your zip code, state or province and country. Then select your desired shipping method from the drop down menu.

3) Hit the apply button and the list of available shipping methods and cost will appear.

**Please note:

Our checkout manager states (Shipping & Handling), however, we only add a $20.00 shipping and handling fee to orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada. There is an additional $30 shipping and handling fee for items shipped to international locations. This cost is due to the additional paperwork we are required to complete to ship to your location.


What shipping methods are available?

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver all orders within the USA, Canada and most internatinal destinations. At our discretion, we may use FedEx Ground within the USA as well. We offer Air Services (2nd Day and 3rd Day Select) and standard UPS Ground Shipping.


How long Does it Take to Receive my order?

In most instances, we ship non-personalized items within 72 hours, but during the busy wedding season, processing time may be extended. Personalized orders and foreign orders may take additional processing time.

Since we carry a variety of items your order will be shipped directly from the distribution center that stocks the items you ordered. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order in multiple shipments.
